Choose the venue of your dreams!

Wrexham have a range of licenced venues to choose from.

We have lots of couples say ‘I do’ in the Ceremony Room right in the heart of the City Centre.

Even if you are just planning to ‘do the legal bit’, you will still need to book a room or venue and the Registrars to make it legal!

Once you have decided on where you wish to get married, you will need to book the time and date with us. If you do decide to book The Ceremony Room, the room and the Registrars are booked at the same time.

If you are marrying in one of our fabulous venues, you will need to book the venue and the Registrars to attend.

When you have made your booking and paid a booking fee, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

After you have booked and secured your ceremony, you are both legally required to give notice of marriage at your local register office.

You both need to attend an appointment at your local register office to see a registrar. You will be asked to show proof of your identity, home address and that you are free to marry.

You can do this no earlier than 12 months before the ceremony and we advise no later than 3 months before.

A wedding pack will be sent to you, following your notice, this will include everything you need to plan how you want your ceremony to be.

This can be from special readings to personal vows. We will help you plan everything you need to make your day perfect, your way!

Along with the wedding pack we will ask you to complete a form with your choices. We ask for you to send this back to us a month before the wedding.

We require the final payment for the ceremony at least one month before the date of your wedding.

Pay Wrexham Registration Fees

A member of the Wrexham Registration team will aim to call you a week before the Ceremony to check in with you both and answer any queries you have.
